Asphalt Release Agents

G- Slide Asphalt Release Agent - There are many contributing factors to producing the best quality asphalt mixes and one big concern is the transporting of the mix from the plant to the job site. G-SLIDE is an asphalt release agent that adheres to the vertical surfaces of truck beds, drag slats, tools and other metal or rubber surfaces.  The film coating provides a barrier between the metal and the Hot Mix preventing the asphalt to even have a chance to stick to the metal. G-Slide uses no diesel fuel -- In fact, it is better than diesel and biodegradable. GA DOT Approval letter

G-BIOGREEN ARA - With new asphalt designs containing rubber, shingles fibers and various grades of polymer being produced, old asphalt release agents fail to provide the release properties needed in haul beds of the vehicles that transfer the mix from the hot mix production plants to the job site. G-BIOGREEN ARA is a specially formulated biodegradable asphalt release agent made for these new HMA Designs.

Asphalt Extraction Solvents

G-X-Tract Asphalt Extractant is a safe alternative to Trichloroethylene. G-X-Tract is a concentrated asphalt extractant formulated for free rinsing when washing asphalt samples. Environmentally sound and safe to use, G-X-TRACT is now part of the GDOT’s Qualified Product Listing for non-chlorinated asphalt extractants. The non-chlorinated asphalt extractant utilizes a new class of compounds that instantly removes pollutants, including an entire range of organic chemicals, from water. Concrete Form Release Agent

BIO-RELEASE CF (Concrete Form & Mold Release Agent) - Prevents bonding of concrete to form surfaces. Ideal for precast and commercial forming. Ideal for concrete mixes with high cement or mineral admixture content, such as fly ash or blast furnace slag, or in production utilizing aggressive force curing. Minimizes the formation of new concrete buildup. More economical than acid cleaning, sandblasting or scraping.

Concrete Curing Compound

CRETEKure & COAT - A concrete-curing compound with a white pigment, formulated for protecting new concrete for pavement, sidewalks, driveways, and curbing. It is important to maintain the optimum humidity and temperature around the fresh concrete for a specific period of time allowing the concrete to achieve its designed strength and durability characteristics. G-De-Grease Parts Cleaner and Degreaser - We have also formulated a revolutionary degreaser product called G-De-GREASE, which can be used to remove grease from paving equipment, parking-lot seal coat, tractor trailers, boats, road grime, job sites, and asphalt production plants.

BIO-BLUE HD2 (Biodegradable Cleaner/Degreaser) - A highly concentrated biodegradable cleaner/degreaser specially formulated for hard to remove grease, oil, carbons and other contaminants from hard surfaces. Can be diluted with sea water. Excellent product for offshore drill platforms and aircraft flight decks.

BIO-GREEN 808 (Biodegradable Degreaser) - A highly concentrated biodegradable cleaner/degreaser specially formulated for hard to remove grease, oil and other contaminants from washable surfaces for industrial, construction and manufacturing industries. Dilute with fresh water or sea water.
